Assistance with Travel/Transport

At ATCwe promote and assist our participant with greater independence and connection with the community through travel and/or transport supports. ATCprovides support and assistance for travel and transport to participants for them to access the community for educational, vocational, and recreational purposes.
Our carers are qualified and trained to provide a wide range of travel and transport services in your community some of the activities we provide travel and transport for but not limited to:

• Medical appointments
• Dental appointments
• Social events and outings
• Exercise classes/Gym
• Shopping centre
• Airport pick up/drop offs
• Hobbies and interest groups

Rest assure all our company and carers vehicles are fully insured, competent and road worthy approved for that extra piece of mind making your journey a stress free, enjoyable, and exciting experience.

At ATC we work with our participants to promote greater independence, we do this by providing transport and travel training in your local community which includes but not limited to:

• Catching the local bus/train and or other public transport
• Training with requesting a taxi/Uber to assist you with getting around
• Training and providing knowledge of basic routes around your area which are important to you
