• Assisting participant with establishment and management of tenancy agreements
• Undertaking any maintenance and repairs as required by established tenancy agreements and guidelines
• Collecting rent and providing rental statements
• Paying rates, utilities and other outgoing expenses
• Specialist consultancy services, which covers assessments for any home renovations and installation of equipment to meet disability access requirements
